Call Parking - Zoom Phone
This video will demonstrate how to use Call Parking from the physical phone. You can place calls on park or pick calls on park from either the physical phone or the desktop client (Zoom App).
Physical Phone:
While on a call, you will need to select the "More" button on the LCD screen and then you will see "Park." Once you click "Park" it will generate a code which will be *(star/astrick) + 3 digits. Example: *803. It will tell you the code 3 times. You will then tell your team, that there is a call parked on 803.
From the physical phone or desktop client, you can simply go to the keypad/dialer and type in *803 send/call and it will pick up the call park.
