Bin Verification Tool Bar Codes Not Showing In Print Outs
Issue:
Users are trying to print out SKU labels and Print Shelf Labels, but the barcode doesn't show up. This issue prevents users from generating necessary labels for inventory management.
Cause:
This problem typically occurs when the necessary font packs are not installed on the user's computer. The Bin Verification Tool requires these font packs to generate barcodes.
Solution:
Follow the steps below to install the necessary font packs and create shortcuts for the Bin Verification Tool:

Install Font Packs:
- Navigate to the C Drive on your computer.
- Open the 'Geminstaller' folder.
- Inside the 'Geminstaller' folder, open the 'BIN and SOR' folder.
- Inside the 'BIN and SOR' folder, you will find a 'Font Pack' folder. Open it.
- Install all three font packs available in the 'Font Pack' folder.

Create Shortcuts for SOR for Bids and Bin Location:
- Go back to the 'BIN and SOR' folder.
- Find 'SOR for Bids' and 'Bin Location' applications (without a lock icon next to them).
- Create shortcuts for both applications.
- Cut both shortcuts.

Paste Shortcuts on Desktop:
- Navigate to the 'Windows C' drive.
- Open the 'Users' folder.
- Inside the 'Users' folder, open the 'Public' folder.
- Inside the 'Public' folder, open the 'Desktop' folder.
- Paste the previously cut shortcuts into the 'Desktop' folder.
After following these steps, the Bin Verification Tool should now display the barcode option when users attempt to print out SKU labels and Print Shelf Labels.
