How to check Email Group Membership
New Users, Role Changes, Location Changes etc can cause email group memberships to quickly become out of date. Here are the steps to check group memberships from Outlook.

Ensure you have the "Global Address Book" selected

In the search bar, type in the name of a User you are trying to find and then double click on the name

In the "Member of" you will see ALL group memberships. This will show you email and Office365 groups that the User is a part of.

If you want to dive deeper and see the members of a group, find the group you are investigating and double click that group.

Once you double click, ALL members will be listed on the first tab.

Members can only be modified by Group Owners or IT. If you find that the lists do not reflect users accurately, please submit a helpdesk ticket letting IT know the group name and what users to modify.
