How to Default Username in Refreshable Spreadsheets / ODBC
This article is to assist in changing ODBC connection usernames values since removal of "Refreshable" user.
This article is for ANY refreshable prompting for username as the default.
If you can't do this on your own, call IT and they can follow this article. IT - *Run as administrator."
In the search bar, type in "ODBC" and choose the 64bit
You'll want to configure the settings for "Gemaire" and "GEMPROD"
Click into "Connection Options"
Type in the users Mincron username
Click "Ok" to close all the dialogue boxes.
You can also use the IBM Navigator to pull the default username. You will want to ensure the IBM i Navigator app has the proper username set

If that doesn't work, you can specify the user ID within the connection settings of the refreshable spreadsheet.
Within the Ribbon, navigate to the "Data" tab and go "Queries and Connections" **Ensure the spreadsheet has the content enabled if there is a pop up bar asking for it to be enabled.***
Click "Properties"
Go to "Definition" and go directly after the last semi-colon and type in "UID=USERNAME" ***ensure you have no spaces after the semi-colon and ensure you replace the USERNAME with the actual users Mincron username
